In the Paste Name dialog box, click Paste List. Select cells C2 through C5, which are the actual sales for the East, West, South, and North regions. On the left of the formula bar, in the Name box, type MyRegions and then press RETURN.

Ever since upgrading to Yosemite, the 'save as' dialog box will partly hide behind the dock. I can't see the 'save' nor the 'cancel' button.
Now I don't want the dock to auto hide, nor do I want to make it so small I can hardly see the icons, because when I do either of that I can of course see the buttons. I can therefore only cancel by pressing escape. Since that is not really efficient working for me, this minor issue annoys me to no end.
I use Word for Mac 2011 and have never had any issues with it before. This also only happens when creating Word documents in print mode view (changing the view makes the issue go away but when I go back to print mode view - which I have always used, the buttons are hidden behind the dock again!) I would appreciate any help ...

Word and Excel are both extremely slow for me since a couple weeks when opening/closing dialog boxes. I don't remember making any changes to my PC, but just to make sure I tried following things to solve it, none of it helped:
- repairing Office 365 (complete online repair);
- disabling all COM Add-ins;
- disabling some Windows visual effects, incl. 'Animate controls and elements inside windows';
- starting Word and Excel in safe mode.
The issue prevails even after all these (i.e. even in safe mode).
Description: opening or closing a dialog box in Word and Excel takes several seconds. For example opening 'Font' or 'Paragraph' in Word takes 6-9 seconds to open, during which the Word title bar says (Document1 - Word - Not responding). When trying to close a dialog box it again says (Not responding) in the title bar of the dialog box this time and then closes after about 5-8 seconds.
The same happens in Excel, for example when opening the 'Format Cells' dialog box.
Every other function runs perfectly smooth, both in these programs and otherwise on my PC. I have a Intel i3 3.3GHz CPU (5-15% use), 8GB of RAM (70% reserved). Only opening and closing dialog boxes is sluggish. The Windows installation is completely unmodified, the registry has never been manually adjusted. I only have 'standard' apps installed, apart from Office, such as Firefox, Foxit Reader, Skype, Opera, Chrome, iTunes, Audacity, Lightworks, Kindle.
I would appreciate any kind of help.
